- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries, problem-solving creatively, and promoting products and services
- Process orders, obtain proof approvals, and deliver top-notch customer service and assistance
- Engage in limited inside sales activities with no cold calling involved
- Conduct onboarding calls for new clients of Prophase Marketing services
- Manage incoming client cases for the RepeatRewards loyalty program
- Monitor product status for customers
- Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate promptly if needed
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Social Media departments to develop and implement quarterly marketing plans
- Perform additional assigned tasks as necessary
- Professional demeanor, enthusiasm, reliability, strong customer service skills, and a touch of sales acumen
- Effective interpersonal communication with a positive, pleasant, and customer-centric approach
- Ability to grasp and retain detailed instructions and information
- Proficient problem-solving skills in a customer service setting
