Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Parts Department Manager to oversee the inventory management and distribution of semi truck parts within our store and warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills extensive knowledge of supply chain processes and a deep understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair operations.Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the parts department including inventory control ordering and distribution to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Oversee supplier relationships negotiate pricing and manage procurement processes to secure quality parts at competitive prices.
- Utilize ERP systems order management systems and CMMS software to track inventory process orders and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with automotive service teams to fulfill parts requests promptly accurately supporting repair maintenance operations.
