Job Summary
The Addiction Medicine Advanced Practitioner Training Program will provide integrated mental health and SUD/OUD services in a primary care underserved community-based setting.- Trainee will participate in MOUD in community-based settings along with additional clinical training beyond the didactic component.
- Trainee will connect and manage patients' receiving MOUD in receiving behavioral health counseling and in connecting to social supports to retain patients in care.
