Description

As a member of the FFIO PADO (Performance, Analytics & Digital Operations) Automation team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new and improving existing automation solutions for FFIO Operations.

You will take part in the complete project life cycle - requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

In addition, you will have plenty of opportunities to collaborate with our business and technology partners.

Role

:

Performance, Analytics & Digital Operations (PADO) leads critical aspects of the client's strategy and performance delivery & drives strategic objectives that tie to operating plan goals and outcomes.

In addition, the team is responsible for key aspects of operational improvements and interacts with each of the domains and shared services functions within FFIO as well as key upstream and downstream business partners.

The Automation team within PADO is responsible for accelerating the digitization and automation of FFIO Services.

We provide a common approach enabled by technology, data, and governance to drive standardization, reduction, and optimization of manual processes.

Delivering automation solutions following standard design principles, reusable modules, best practices, and conventions

Practicing continuous self-improvement and development of business and technical acuity

Accelerating the Digital Operations journey across FFIO

Advancing awareness of Automation tools, capabilities, and governance

Sharing and collaborating across the client's business units to deliver advanced solutions

The Expertise and Skills You Bring (The order of these bullets does not matter)

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or technical subject area

Must have 5+ years of firsthand Microsoft Access and Excel VBA software development experience

Experience with low code/no code applications that support end-to-end automation and data processing

General awareness of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Blue Prism, Python / R and/or related programming languages

Fundamental understanding of software engineering principles

Proven understanding of Agile methodologies

Experience with Jira Software

Phenomenal teammate who can also work independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - should be able to explain the technical aspects to the business and relevant stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

Ability to focus on delivering business value in a highly sophisticated and fast paced environment

4.) Top Skills:
