Role and Responsibilities
The Cut Produce Associate is responsible for all production and quality control in the warehouse's cut produce section. This role ensures efficient processing and high-quality standards of cut produce, as well as the timely assembly and packaging of products for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and process all cut produce items as directed
• Inspect and ensure the quality of all products before shipment
• Fulfill any short salad or produce items to be delivered to stores
• Assemble, package, and label products in accordance with quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cut produce section
• Arrive at work on time, neatly groomed, and in the correct uniform
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor

Requirements

• Good knife skills with the ability to work efficiently
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods in refrigerated environments
• Capable of lifting loads of up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at a level sufficient to perform job functions.
