    No prior caregiving experience is necessary; we welcome anyone with a passion for serving and improving the lives of seniors.

    Your role may include:

    • Transportation: Drive members to appointments, errands, or destinations they need to visit.
    • Companionship: Engage in enjoyable conversations, go for walks, play games, or provide a friendly presence.
    • House Tasks: Assist members with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other household needs.
    • Errands: Accompany members on errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and more.
    • Assessments: Conduct an in-home assessment (training will be provided by Papa) to support client and member needs.

    Becoming a Papa Pal Offers Many Benefits:

    Compensation: Earn up to $22/hour: base pay $13-$17/hour + bonus pay.

    Bonus Opportunities: Earn daily and weekly bonuses to boost your earnings On average, with bonuses, Pals earn between $18-22/hour.

    Requirements:

    • 21 years or older
    • Valid U.S. issued driver's license
    • Background check with no felonies
    • Caring, patient, and reliable personality
    • Authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean & dependable vehicle (minimum vehicle year is 2008) with valid car insurance (If applying for transportation visits)
