The United Family Medicine Residency Program is accredited by the ACGME and approved for 21 residency positions.

The program utilizes the extensive resources of Allina Health, including United Hospital, Children's Minnesota Hospital, and a wide variety of metro and rural specialty clinics.

The Clinic provides full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages, with a focus on meeting the needs of the medically underserved while caring for members of the community who span the economic spectrum.

Positions Purpose
Directs the Residency Program. Educates residents in Family Medicine patient care and maintains a clinical practice with direct patient care. Develops and maintain relationships in the community served by the program. Oversees program operations and development.

This position is 70% Administrative and 30% Clinical.

Principle Responsibilities
Lead operations for the Family Medicine Residency Program and manages program staff
Provide direct patient care
Quality
Develop and maintain program budget.

Job Requirements
~ MD, DO, or MBBS
~5+ years of clinical experience, with two years as a core faculty member in an ACGME accredited Family Medicine residency program
~3+ years of leadership experience
~ MN Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice license
~ Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine
