Role DescriptionGoodwin & Company is seeking an Onsite HOA Manager for a full-time position in Aurora, CO to oversee the daily operations of community homeowners' associations, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and resident communication.
Responsibilities include managing budgets, enforcing community policies, supervising on-site staff or contractors, and ensuring compliance with governing documents and regulations.
The manager serves as the main point of contact for board members, homeowners, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and enhancing the community's overall satisfaction and functionality.
QualificationsStrong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Experience in financial management, including budget preparation, expense tracking, and reporting.
Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on professional correspondence and relationship building.
Knowledge of property management, HOA regulations, or community association practices is a plus.
Proficiency in using modern office software tools and property management platforms.
Ability to work independently on-site while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Relevant certifications such as CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) or AMS (Association Management Specialist) are preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is advantageous.
