We're looking for a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer to join our team!As a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt you will be responsible for providing guidance explaining preparing and completing accurate tax related forms for clients including multiyear multistate year end tax forms
You will conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients prepare complete and accurate tax returns generate business growth increase client retention offer additional products services provide clients with IRS audit support complete all related tax forms in accordance with policies compliance legislation regulations collect process clients' payments ensure timely deposits market business generation efforts furnish taxpayers sufficient information advice ensure correct tax form completion answer client calls national call center routing system answer questions provide future tax planning resolve client complaints refer situations supervisor resolution support office priorities teamwork collaboration.
