Contract RN Ambulatory Clinic

*Job Description:
The Facility is a premier full-service ambulatory clinic with Family Medicine.

You will be working with a group of professionals that are dedicated in their professions to provide quality service care for the Greater Milwaukee area.

*The successful candidate for this position will be a committed professional who has the following qualifications:

• State of WI Registered Nurse Licensure, or Compact
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification
• Clinic experience
• EPIC experience
• Triage, phone communication, responding to messages, placing orders, able to work in a fast-paced environment

*Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with follow-up visits
• Work with Peds to Geriatric patients
• Triage incoming patients
• Patient assessment
• Administration of medications

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Required)
• RN (Required)
• ACLS Certification (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Milwaukee, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
