BCBA or PSYCH - Multiple Openings

Dates: 9/3/24 - 6/12/25

We are seeking multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Psychologists (PSYCHs) for long-term positions in Dover, Delaware, supporting K-12th grade students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and multiple disabilities.

Position Details:

• 37.5 hours per week
• 5 days per week, Monday - Friday
• On-site, no remote option
• One school location, no travel required
• Start Date: September 3, 2024
• End Date: June 12, 2025

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analysis and therapeutic services to students with ASD and multiple disabilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with a team of 5 other BCBAs/Psychologists to ensure coordinated care
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other school staff on behavior management strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Doctoral degree in Psychology
• Experience working with individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
