Position Details:
Physical Therapist, Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Shift and hours may vary.
Possibility of Shared Call.
Non-Exempt, Hourly
Benefited position after 500 hour introductory period in met.
Position Summary:
Evaluates, plans and provides treatment upon referral of physician. Treats patients with disabilities, disorders and injuries to relieve pain and develop, restore, or maintain physical function by the use of exercise, massage, heat, cold, air, light, water, electricity or sound. Works with family and health team members regarding patient's abilities and goals.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Must have necessary requisites for licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Current valid Oregon driver's license required. Current CPR certification required
Experience:
Must have thorough knowledge of therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices. Must possess a positive attitude and utilize good communication skills. Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required..
Job Knowledge:

Skills:
