    Sr. Epic Application Analyst – Epic ClinDoc Certified

    95% Remote | Must reside in Chicagoland (IL, NW Indiana, WI)

    Full-Time | Direct Hire

    $115K–$130K + Full Benefits

    TalentFish is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a Senior Epic Application Analyst (ClinDoc Certified) to lead high-impact clinical application initiatives. This is a 95% remote opportunity with occasional onsite support in the Chicago area.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead midsize to large-scale Epic projects across multiple departments
    • Design, build, configure, upgrade, and optimize Epic ClinDoc applications
    • Conduct workflow analysis and translate clinical needs into scalable solutions
    • Partner with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define requirements
    • Develop test plans, execute system testing, and support go-live initiatives
    • Provide post-implementation training and advanced troubleshooting
    • Support integrated systems and participate in on-call rotations

    What You Bring

    • Active Epic ClinDoc Certification (required)
    • 5+ years of Epic application experience
    • Proven experience leading projects and change initiatives
    • Strong workflow assessment, build, and optimization expertise
    • Experience working across multidisciplinary healthcare teams
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex, integrated systems
    • Bachelor's degree required (Associate's + 7 years Epic experience accepted)
    • Hospital/healthcare environment experience preferred
