    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

    Location: Lodi

    Pay Rate: $26-$33 per hour

    Job purpose:

    Facilities Project Coordinator will be reporting to the Corporate Real Estate Development and Construction Manager. This position will play a pivotal role in overseeing premises-related projects.

    Job duties:

    Proficiently using Outlook, Excel, Project, and Access.

    Assisting in managing all aspects of building occupancy and maintenance.

    Handling facility service requests (FSRs) efficiently.

    Communicating with branches and tenants regarding property-related issues.

    Coordinating with branches, tenants, and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.

    Collecting and processing monthly invoices, and maintaining records of payments and rental activity. Providing rental notices for increases and tracking all common area maintenance costs.

    Coordinating with outside vendors to arrange for trash removal, maintenance, landscaping, security, and other services.

    Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

    Overseeing long-term file storage.

    Managing all onsite shipping and deliveries, including FedEx, UPS, and Amazon.

    Handling the stocking of refreshments.

    Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Bachelors degree in business, management, or real estate preferred

    Qualifications:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Detail-oriented and highly organized.

    Strong customer service skills.

    Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

    Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
