- Combining RNA-seq, ChIP-Seq, ATAC-seq (including single cell approaches) datasets with transgenic mice and murine models of human disease to obtain mechanistic insights into cells and molecular pathways into skin disease.
- Understand the mechanisms of skin fibrosis, regeneration, or inflammation using integrated genomic technologies and cells from transgenic/KO mice.

The ideal candidates must have experience with: - RNA expression profiles, molecular pathway analysis (GO, GSEA, etc.)
- Cell to cell interactions
- Tools for handling large data sets
Interested individuals should have: - Experience with analysis of highly parallel sequencing data: R, A plus, or other coding language but may be acquired via training by our current postdoctoral fellow.
- Fluency in English and strong written and oral communication skills: Prerequisites
- Permanent U.S. residency or citizenship: Not required
- At least one first-authored publication in a peer-reviewed journal
- A Ph.D. is required
