    Description

    Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

    **Job Summary**

    The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with company owners and the business development team to optimize lead generation and engage prospects primarily through email marketing campaigns in a B2B deployment, both with existing channel partners and direct to end users.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Leverage marketing expertise to guide strategy and plan development sessions for both existing and target verticals.
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including design, setup, testing, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
    • Monitor and report campaign performances.
    • Make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
    • Operate in a management and hands-on capacity.
    • Create digital content representing our service offerings to business customers and prospects.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues.
    • Stay current with B2B best practices, technologies, benchmarks, and emerging trends, and make recommendations accordingly.
    • Manage email marketing legal requirements, such as opt-out lists and privacy laws.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements and Preferred Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including strategic planning and hands-on development and implementation, with expertise in:
      • Email campaign management using tools like Constant Contact and/or Mailchimp, and Pardot.
      • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Insightly, etc.
      • Experience using HTML and testing protocols for common web browsers.
      • Database concepts and segmentation, with ability to write queries.
      • B2B email campaign experience required; B2B services preferred.
      • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar.
      • Ability to learn software systems used throughout the company.
      • Vendor relations/procurement experience.
      • Event planning experience preferred.
      • Professional presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.

      Physical Requirements:

      • This role requires standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing.
      • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally.
      • Working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

      Additional Requirements:

      • Must be 21 years of age.
      • Must have a valid driver's license.
      • Must pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and driver's license check.
