    Description

    The Nurse Supervisor role at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital plays a critical part in delivering high-quality patient care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as off-shift administrator on call, ensuring effective implementation of hospital philosophy and goals.
    • Manage patient flow and bed management to optimize hospital efficiency.

    The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for decision-making in areas of patient care, human resources, and financial management. They maintain open communication with department Directors/Managers regarding issues or concerns that arise during off-hours shifts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in nursing required; matriculation into BSN program within six months accepted.
    • Certifications: ACLS, CPR
