    Policy and Strategy Subject Matter Expert

    BryceTech partners with technology and R&D clients to deliver mission and business success. We combine analytics, engineering, and domain expertise to help government agencies, Fortune 500 firms, and investors manage complex programs, develop IT tools, and forecast outcomes.

    The FEMA Response Directorate CBRN Office plans, prepares, and builds capabilities to respond to CBRN threats or incidents. This analysis conducts a holistic review of the CBRN enterprise within the Office of Response and Recovery (ORR) to determine how these programs contribute to FEMA's statutory requirements and core operational capabilities.

    Position Overview

    We seek an experienced FEMA CBRN Policy and Strategy SME to support the DHS FEMA, Office of Response and Recovery, CBRN program.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provides strategic guidance on current and emerging trends in CBRN policy and strategy.
    • Develops high-level visions for complex efforts to influence objectives and inform decision-making.
    • Guides functional procedures, processes, and policies to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
    • Leads research and analysis to support studies and assessments on key policy issues and nuclear security events.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
    • At least 15 years of experience in CBRN policy and strategy.
    • Previous experience supporting DHS FEMA is required; CBRN experience is highly desirable.
    • A Secret Security clearance is required.
