- Work closely with the Program Management & Reporting Lead to provide support in the tracking and management of work orders, creation and update of process documentation, and management, tracking, communication of various documents, metrics, etc.
- Work closely with the Pre-provisioning Lead to provide support in the creation of buildsheets from work orders and specification standards. (On the job training will be provided)
- Provide support to ad-hoc and as defined project management related tasks and activities as necessary.

The Project Support Analyst will work as part of the client's Cloud ERP Delivery organization. This team is responsible for processing and tracking of work orders, converting software entitlements into provisioning specifications, all process documentation, and systemically overseeing a set of customer-facing Client Delivery Managers in the delivery of Cloud services. The project analyst will be responsible for the following:
