    Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist, Licensed & CFY

    We at 123 Baby Talks is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to children aged 2-3 years old. You will work alongside with SI/ABA Therapist, Occupational Therapist and a team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic and supportive center. Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows are also welcome.

    As part of the Team, you will do:

    • Direct Care: Provide individualized treatment to children with autism aged 2-3.
    • Assessment and Planning: Review physician referrals and children's medical records, plan and perform treatment programs, and document goals and progress.
    • Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment at various stages and adjust treatment to achieve maximum benefit.
    • Collaboration: Work with related services to provide individualized programming for each child.
    • IFSP Development: Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
    • Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing learning and development with support from experienced staff.

    Requirements:

    Requirements

    - Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

    - State licensure or eligibility for state licensure

    - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
