- Check materials and products against ASTM and company specifications.
- Help with equipment maintenance, calibrations, and certifications.
- Ensure accurate and precise testing by managing staff proficiency.
- Analyze quality issues and provide solutions.
- Develop SOPs for analytical testing according to QMS Guidelines.
- Offer technical support to customers on quality matters.
- Analyze data and report on compliance and quality.
- Provide training to enhance staff skills.
- Utilize all available resources to accomplish quality goals.
- Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Knowledge of cement industry a plus.
- 1‐3 years of quality control experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Inquisitive and proactive nature.
- Proficiency in mathematical and technical concepts.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and data analysis.
- Document writing and report generation skills.
- Focus on safety and participation in a safety culture.
- Spanish fluency advantageous.
