    • You will serve as Maintenace Supervisor for teh management/technical direction of Shop operations.
    • You will explain work requirements, methods and procedures as needed.
    • You will assure that material and equipment is available so as not to delay work.
    • You will provide adminstrative supervision/management over shop operations.
    • You will plan work short/long term for subordinates in accorance with program directives and requirements.

    • Ability to maintain close observation and control of all work operations and experience troubleshooting new equipment.
