    Cybersecurity Senior Project Manager

    Position overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing cybersecurity projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time and within budget. The Cybersecurity Senior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to include IT and BU partners to coordinate project activities, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to safeguard our clients' digital assets.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets.
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to effectively manage project resources.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including cybersecurity experts, engineers, and analysts, to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate challenges.
    • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Conduct regular project meetings, reviews, and post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
    • Proven experience at 10 years in project management, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
