TEKsystems is looking for a Customer Service Rep who has experience working in the construction field and familiar with roofing, forklifts, skid loaders, cylinders, hydraulics', and more


Description:
Answer phone calls and emails of customers while providing accurate information and diagnostics.

Create and maintain cases for interactions with customers. Documenting detailed notes and records of each conversation.

Schedule and record service appointments. Provide service technicians with detailed notes of what the customer would like completed.

Create invoices and receive payments for service appointments and parts orders.

Communicate and work with mechanics and shops across the country who are willing to work on our equipment.

Hours: 7-5 Monday-Friday

30 minute lunch.
