    Overview:

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School graduate or equivalent
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Proficient in word processing and PC based spreadsheet programs
    • Working knowledge of computer point of sale retail system including ability to troubleshoot
    • Familiar with multiline telecom equipment and paging/PBX operator

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of Epic
    Responsibilities:

    Communicates with patients, patient families and/or healthcare professionals in the inpatient and outpatient waiting room environment. Gathers information for EPIC. Maintains and updates the retail point of sale inventory system. Performs a variety of customer-oriented activities including greeting and directing visitors, answering phones and acting as liaison for physicians, clinical staff and patient families.
