    We are currently seeking an International Tax Manager

    who will provide financial and tax accounting expertise to subsidiary companies internationally.

    To include, but not limited to the following:

    Collaborate with a cross functional team (often Treasury, Legal and Accounting) to execute tax planning and repatriation strategies (examples include: new transfer pricing strategies, financing and intercompany debt optimization, etc.)


    Research, analyze and interpret outbound US international tax laws and principlesPrepare tax calculations and modelsCoordinate with external tax advisors on various international tax mattersReview and assist with regard to international tax forms such as Forms 1042, 1118, 5471, 8858, disclosures and related formsGather information and prepare calculations to complete tax forms including Earnings and Profits calculations for foreign subsidiaries, Subpart F calculations, GILTI tested income/loss, BEAT and foreign tax credit calculations.

    Review and assist with preparation of the international tax provisionAssist local country controllers with local tax issues, including understanding the US tax impact of these issues, maintaining the global tax calendar and monitoring any local country tax examinationsCoordinate with outside advisors and internal stakeholders to comply with transfer pricing policies, manage documentation requirements and support examinations.

    Provide tax support to the treasury function as needed. This can involve advice regarding cash movements, debt issuance, hedging and pensions. Common requirements include interpreting U.S. Income Tax Treaties as well as management of foreign withholding taxes.
    Provide technical tax accounting advice on various international tax accounting issues (e.g., intercompany transactions, business combinations, valuation allowances, debt instruments, etc.)
    Assist with global acquisitions and structuring including due diligence, legal entity rationalization and structuringHelp draft policies and ensure compliance with the Company's internal control framework including key Sarbanes-Oxley controls and periodically updating control narrativesQualifications:

    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or universitySix or more years related experience and/or trainingCPA preferredStrong knowledge of U.S.

    GAAP as it relates to the income tax provisionStrong analytical skills, ability to think critically and problem solve independentlyStrong confidentiality, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

    Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, knowledge of v-lookups, pivot tables and manipulation of large volumes of excel data are required.

    Able to learn to use the in-house accounting systems and other software tools quickly.

    Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, management, vendors and clientsAbility to manage multiple projectsDemonstrate excellent organizational and complex problem-solving skillsShows a strong sense of curiosity and questions-focused approachBenefits and Compensation:This role will be eligibel for hybrid remote work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office.

    The pay range is $101,000 - $152,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
