    Job Description:The Project Manager / Business Analyst will have the unique opportunity to learn & interface with all areas of our rapidly growing, by acting as a partner and thought leader to the business. Collaboration with

    cross-functional business units will be key to drive solutions that meet business needs and

    organizational strategy. As a Project Manager /Business Analyst, you'll analyze current process & applications,

    and define requirements for integrations or technology applications. In addition to business analysis, you'll also have the unique opportunity to sharpen your project management skills by leading smaller scale development projects.

    The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems, as

    well as possess a strong ability to absorb and evaluate information from a variety of sources

    and maintain a "big picture" view. This is a unique opportunity to cross multiple teams, wear

    many hats and see the direct impact that your analysis and thought leadership provides.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years as a Business Analyst required
    • A passion to brainstorm and innovate about the ways that digital can transform experiences for both our patients, as well as our internal teams.
    • Collaborative focus – partnerships with teams like Sales & Marketing, HR, Clinical Operations, Finance and IT are must-haves to build and activate strategic initiatives
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • HealthCare experience is a plus, but not required
    • Project Management experience is a plus

    Responsibilities:

    • Primary responsibilities of position will include: documenting business requirements/user stories and test scenarios, identifying process steps, researching issues and problem solving, collecting and analyzing data, testing new services and systems, planning and conducting effective training sessions for end-users.
    • Learn, understand, assess & document Business Processes, including gap analysis, business process workflow, and research & recommend new functionality and process improvements.
    • Serve as a strong partner to the business in both requirements elicitation & analysis. Investigate & uncover needs that business partners may not be able to articulate on their own.
    • Be solution-oriented Work in tandem with the Solution Delivery team to identify application development needs – features, user stories, and user acceptance criteria.
    • Maintain a development backlog for an Agile delivery team; act as Scrum Master/Project Manager for the Engineering & Development team. Be a key contributor to the success of the delivery team
    • Build strong relationships with business partners & project teams.
