The Senior Director Global Finance ITS Business Partner serves as the strategic technology advisor and digital transformation leader for the Global Finance organization at Fresenius Medical Care FME This role is responsible for shaping enabling and delivering the full digital agenda for Global Finance spanning strategy innovation intelligent automation AI/GenAI analytics Finance platforms Finance process modernization and product-centric delivery The candidate will co own the digital Finance roadmap partner with Finance leadership and stakeholders to conceptualize future state capabilities and oversee delivery of world-class digital products and solutions that transform how FME Financial Consolidates closes reports external financial results Performs financial planning analysis across horizons Manages global cash investments Treasury Executes statutory tax legal entity regulatory reporting Ensures compliance audit readiness financial controls Delivers scalable efficient automated finance shared services In this capacity the Senior Director will lead a portfolio of digital products transformation initiatives ensuring they deliver measurable business value operational excellence automation insights scalability The candidate will play a central role in driving adoption advanced analytics AIGenAI automation first design modern user centric platforms that enhance accuracy speed decision making across Finance This leader will be member of the FME ITS Enterprise Business Partner Leadership Team working in close collaboration CFO organisation other Global Functions delivery teams across full ITS landscape Primary responsibilities include Digital Strategy Thought Leadership Shape co own three five year finance digital strategy roadmap ensuring alignment with Global priorities S4 evolution ESG reporting needs enterprise digitall strategy Advise on emerging technologies operating models AI opportunities pathways Serve trusted advisor CF senior leaders on tech enabled transformation Product Ownership Portfolio Management Act product owner global finance portfolio RRR FPandA Tax Treasury GBS Controls Analytics Ensure continuous improvement agile iterative enhancements not only project based delivery Lead prioritisation structured value frameworks OKRs demand management Establish comprehensive value framework ROI TCO cost transparency productivity gains accuracy cycle time risk reduction Build maintain IT economics dashboards unit cost visibility benchmarking business case methodologies Ensure every major initiative has measurable tracked outcomes AI
