    About The Role:

    As a Strategic AI Solutions Expert at CollegeVine, you will form partnerships with our university customers to solve their most pressing challenges using data, AI, and web technologies. You will work in small, cross-functional teams, owning high-stakes projects from end-to-end: from requirements gathering and architecture to code, deployment, and ongoing support.

    This role is perfect for someone aiming to be both a technical leader and a strategic partner—think startup CTO meets solutions architect—with the opportunity to impact product direction and deliver tangible results for educational institutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Engagement & Discovery
      • Quickly understand complex customer workflows and challenges.
      • Translate domain needs into valuable technical solutions.
    • End-to-End Delivery
      • Own the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom features and integrations.
      • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and customer success teams to iterate promptly.
    • Data-Driven Problem Solving
      • Leverage large-scale datasets, LLMs, and AI agents to uncover insights and automate workflows.
      • Create dashboards, APIs, or custom agents that deliver measurable impacts.
    • Travel & On-Site Collaboration
      • Occasional travel to client sites for discovery, workshops, training, and deployments.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience & Expertise
      • 3+ years in product management, startup strategy & operations, consulting, investment banking, or software engineering, ideally involving solution delivery and customer-facing projects.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from start to finish in a dynamic environment.
    • Problem-Solving Mindset
      • Highly analytical, adept at simplifying ambiguous challenges into concrete solutions.
      • Eager to learn new tools, frameworks, and research, especially in ML/AI.

      • Exceptional interpersonal skills; capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
