- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Servicing Supervisor (hybrid) to join our dynamic team.
- As the Servicing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing servicing of PROVE's medical receivables, plaintiff advances, and attorney litigation cost loans.
- Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining case status updates from representing law firms at least once every 90 days;
- Investigating cases after we receive notification that the representing law firm no longer represents the plaintiff's case;
- Providing balance verifications and statements upon request to representing law firms; and
- Completing insurance audits.
- The Servicing Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of Servicing Specialists and Calling Specialists to provide exceptional customer service and achieve PROVE's KPIs.

- Management of Team:
- Managing a remote team of Servicing and Calling Specialists, overseeing their daily tasks, ensuring accountability, and driving performance
- Case Status Updates:
- Obtain case status updates at least once every 90 days from representing law firms
- Encourage the adoption of PROVE's Ease Case Status technology ()
- Case Investigation:
- Investigate cases that are no longer represented by law firms
- Investigate settlement payments that have been sent to the wrong recipient
- Balance Verifications and Statements:
- Provide accurate balance verifications and statements promptly upon request

- Complete thorough insurance audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
