Job summary
The HCC Auditor is responsible for performing concurrent and retrospective chart reviews to improve the department's RAF score goals and maximize revenue. This position will review electronic medical charts to ensure accurate coding selection according to ICD-10 CM guidelines.Responsibilities
- Conduct prospective and retrospective chart review audits on outpatient medical chart notes.
- Review medical record information to identify accurate coding based on CMS-HCC categories.
