We're looking for a PM Sous Chef who can keep the kitchen running smoothly,
be the calm in the storm, run the line, and be the person who somehow knows where everything is-even when it's not where it's supposed to be.<+Responsibilities Include
- Keeping the kitchen alive, organized, and mostly on fire (in a good way)
- Jumping on any station at a moment’s notice
- A sixth sense for when something is about to go wrong
