    As the Senior Living Sales Specialist with Americare Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of senior living communities in and around Farmington, MO. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales needs, managing leads, maintaining accurate records, and participating in weekly reporting calls.

    About Americares Passionate Sales Manager, Santo Randazzo:
    Santo Randazzo, a graduate of the University of Missouri in St. Louis (UMSL), is the Sales Manager for the eastern area of the Assisted Living Division at Americare and passionate to guide the new Sales Specialist and grow the companys footprint in the SEMO area. With 19 years of experience in senior living, including roles such as Sales Director, Sales Trainer, and Regional Sales and Marketing Director, Santo brings a wealth of expertise to his current position. Recently relocating to St. Louis, from Summerville, South Carolina, Santo, along with his wife Kelly, has been married for over 20 years and has two boys. In his free time, Santo enjoys golfing and fishing.

    Perks:
    • Base salary range: $60,000 (up to $65,000 depending on experience and proven results)
    • Bonus Plan: Up to $12,000 potential annually.

    Essential Functions:
    • Sales Needs Analysis: Identify community sales needs and assess lead requirements for admissions.
    • Business Development (Lead Generation): Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating valuable leads to fuel sustained growth and expansion.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
    • Weekly Reporting: Participate in weekly sales board calls, reporting progress on the community lead base.
    • Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to Americare's values, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 18 years of age, high school education (required)
    • Authentic passion for serving people and the community (required)
    • Background in sales and marketing (preferred)
    • Background in senior living sales or medical related sales of at least 1 year (preferred)
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to travel in and around Farmington, MO.
