    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director, located in Atlanta, GA. We are looking for a Creative Director to serve as the "Right Brain" lead on our most complex engagements. You will partner with other members of our Creative & Strategic Consulting team to translate rigorous business logic into powerfully resonant creative work.

    Your mandate is to ensure only excellent, creative solutions reach our clients. This requires both guiding and doing the work. You will own deliverables, mentor talent while pursuing individual growth, and act as the guardian of the creative vision, ensuring that every pixel and every word meets the ADDO standard, by any means necessary.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Creative Vision & Leadership: You own the creative vision for major accounts, coordinating lean project teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. You act as the brand guardian, ensuring creative and visual system consistency across every touchpoint.
    • High-Stakes Visual Storytelling: You own the visual narrative for C-Suite presentations. You will turn business strategies into cinematic, compelling stories, ensuring the look and feel of the deck matches the caliber of the thinking inside it.
    • Campaign Direction & Production Oversight: You drive the work from the briefing through to final delivery. When needed, you provide on-site direction to ensure the content captured matches the concept and meets the highest quality standards.
    • Experiential & Environmental Design: You envision how brands come to life in the physical world. Whether designing a field training workshop or conceptualizing a large-scale event environment, you are responsible for translating the brand's soul.
    • Client Partnership & Creative Selling: You are expected to present, represent, and sell creative concepts to clients. You must be able to defend the work and articulate the strategic "why" behind design choices to build trust with executive stakeholders.
    • Mentorship & Quality Control: You are the standard-bearer. You critique work, teach technical skills, and elevate the "eye" of the junior team members working alongside you to ensure the end product always meets ADDO standards.

    • Unwavering Integrity: You refuse to take shortcuts. You prioritize the long-term health of the client, the firm, and your reputation over short-term wins, earning trust through honesty and professionalism.

    The Ideal Profile

    • Background: You likely have experience in a creative agency, a design consultancy, or an in-house brand team where the bar was incredibly high. However, we hire humans, not resumes. We are looking for a highly independent and motivated individual who can work without explicit instruction or leadership. If you are a creative force of nature who is tired of the bureaucracy of big agencies and wants a seat at the table where business decisions are actually made, this is the home for you.
    • The Portfolio: We are looking for diverse applications across channels and mediums. We want to see work that solves business problems, not just pretty pictures. Show us how you translated a complex strategy into a compelling visual reality.
    • The Toolkit: While we prioritize taste over tools, you must be technically fluent enough to execute your own vision. Specifically, this ideally looks like a high proficiency in Presentation Design (Google Slides/PowerPoint) and Visual Design (Adobe CS/Figma) along with confidence directing video production and UI design scopes.
    • Titling & Compensation: Our search is focused on finding the right human for our team. Titles and Compensation will be commensurate with experience and background, but tailored to each candidate.

    What We Offer

    • Full-time, in-office (Atlanta, GA) 4 days per week, remote optional each Friday.
    • Profit Share (ADDO shares 50% of profits with Team).
    • 401k with Employer Match (eligible after 6 months of employment).
