Buyk is a new real-time retail service that delivers groceries within 15 minutes. Via the Buyk app, customers simply select the items they'd like from our assortment, click "Order" and we do the rest, with your order arriving on your doorstep in 15 minutes or less.
We know that your time is precious, and you want to spend it doing something truly important whether that's working on a new project, spending time with family and loved ones, or simply kicking back to enjoy some well-deserved rest and relaxation. Now, Buyk takes care of your shopping, while you take care of yourself.
Buyk is much more than a well-oiled, genius logistical system. Behind the curtain, a multimillion-dollar software system, combined with artificial intelligence and a meticulously selected product assortment, provides for a streamlined shopping experience, eliminating time-consuming browsing through irrelevant items.
We use our darkstores, stocked with between items to deliver groceries and other essentials to customers doors within 15 mins. These darkstores are strategically located to enable maximum coverage in the quickest possible time and are fitted out with Buyks proprietary technology to optimize the speed of order picking and delivery. Buyks technology also provides its teams with detailed information on a hyperlocal level, to ensure each darkstore is stocked according to the specific needs and desires of consumers in that area.

**Buyk making real-time retail a reality.**
Our **Buyk Packers** will work within Buyks dark stores and will be responsible for collecting merchandise and packing items into courier bags for delivery. * Prepare all the company assets such as ring-scanners, smartphones, trolley, containers, courier bags, etc at the beginning of the work day
Check to make sure that all assets are fully charged, operational and ready to be used
Pick merchandise off shelves, freezers, refrigerators, etc. as orders continually come in
Use ring-scanner to scan every SKU of merchandise being delivered
Compliance with order picking time limits according to company standards
Check the quality of merchandise to ensure there are no signs of damage, defects and damage
Pick and pack goods in accordance with the rules of commodity proximity, storage temperature and order picking rules (heavy goods are to be placed at the bottom, light ones at the top)
Knowledge of the location of all merchandise within the dark store
Label packages with goods with the client's address
Distribute the collected orders to the shelves in accordance with the delivery priority. - Control of the availability of consumables for assembly (bags, thermal packs)
Display of goods according to company standards
Follow the orders of the manager
Facility cleaning

This role will require you to work within your assigned store. Standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy merchandise up to 30lbs.
