    CHI St. Joseph's Park Rapids, MN is recruiting a BE/BC Emergency or Family Medicine Physician to work in the ER.


    Position Information:
    Required BE/BC Physician (Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine)
    12-Hour Shifts
    APP supported position
    EMR- Meditech
    Great support staff

    CHI St. Joseph's Healthis a 25 bed critical access hospital
    Level 4 Trauma with 24/7 Services
    10,000 Annual ER Visits
    13 Bed ED with 2 Trauma Bays
    Responsibilities

    Patient Care:
    Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

    Communication:
    Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.

    Documentation:
    Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

    Team Collaboration:
    Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.

    Quality Improvement:
    Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
