- Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested
- Identify training needs: plan and conduct training/in-services as necessary
- Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines
- Functions within scope of work as defined by the client
- Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations
- Must have a current RN license in state
- Must have one year of long-term care experience, management experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation
- Must be flexible for travel within the state
