    As an Electrical Designer/Engineer at EXP:

    • You will work in the Mission Critical team based in Southfield, Michigan, or Grand Rapids, MI
    • Responsible for producing construction documents from initial design to bidding under senior engineer supervision
    • Responsible for drawing setup, design documentation, and overseeing production team on projects
    • Lead multi-disciplinary teams for electrically focused projects
    • Coordinate with other disciplines on all projects to ensure smooth workflow
    • Deliver projects within established budgets and schedules

    Your experience should include:

    • BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
    • 5+ years of experience with a Registered Professional License
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft Office
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experience in Mission Critical or Complex Building Design is a plus
