    Position Overview
    The Brand Image Lead directly contributes to key company initiatives specifically, elevating the brand-through store environment.

    The Brand Image Lead will manage a team responsible for creative operations execution for all Polo Retail Outlets, North America, including but not limited to creative and special projects, floor plan data base and capacity, signage, creative repairs and maintenance and overall budget in each area of responsibility.

    The Brand Image Lead is key to effectively driving execution, efficiency, consistency in the fleet and maximizing impacts, while adhering to budget.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities


    • Project manager for IWD space project partners with cross functional teams to ensure accurate execution. Driving all necessary steps to meet phase and project goals
    • Leads and drives creative operations of store/special projects included but not limited to, map standard alignment, procurement, vendor tracking, creative warehousing, construction needs, store partnership.
    • Attends capital budget meetings as needed.
    • Leads creative warehousing programs and vendor relationships.
    • Leads the creative repair and maintenance processes.
    • Leads signage print production program and vendor relationships.
    • Ensures signage supports standards within rollouts to the fleet.
    • Leads and supports production requirements within the creative quarterly tiered strategy.
    • Leads creative operations timeline, forecasts risks and pivots as needed.
    • Leads creative budget (inclusive of travel) and monthly forecast, review with leadership on a weekly basis.
    • Supports execution of consistent brand standards by tier and takes necessary actions when needed.
    • Supports and engages in RFP as needed, ensuring compliance with all procurement initiatives.
    • Manages Ariba functions within department and ensures compliant actions.
    • Manages Brand Image early store schedule and quarterly process needs.
    • Ability to streamline and build processes as needed.
    Experience, Skills & Knowledge


    • Relevant experience in visual merchandising and product presentation.
    • Creative operations experience with a luxury brand.
    • Print production operations experience.
    • Logistics and warehousing experience.
    • Experience in capacity software platforms.
    • Proficient/expert in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proficient in Adobe suite a plus.
    • Ability to read architecture floor plans.
    • Ability to manage multiple on-going projects and prioritize.
    • Clear and proactive communicator a must.
    • Ability to complete assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to maintain and manage relationships at all levels, both internal and external
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Capacity to think ahead and problem solve creatively to find solutions
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • General knowledge of creative strategies and visual retail experience a must.
    • Strong Analytical skills
