YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

In this role, you will get to work in a mental wellness clinic that offers patients so much more than your average clinic. They believe that treating severe depression, anxiety, treatment-resistant depression, OCD, PTSD, or other serious mental health issues is vastly important and should be done in a holistic way. They help patients conquer these conditions through the latest in psychiatric treatment, including medication management, nutrition, therapy, mindfulness, lifestyle and behavior habits, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). These interventions are invaluable in helping patients achieve better mental health.

The Nurse Practitioner's responsibilities include:

• Evaluate, diagnose, provide treatment, and prescribe medication
• Work with the team in an integrative approach to psychiatry
• Dictate and document patient interactions
• Drive high marks for patient, teammate, and physician satisfaction, including net promotor score
• Collaborate with management and clinic teammates to continuously improve quality outcomes for patients
• Learn and support the Clinic's methodology
• Share feedback with management to be the voice of "the market" for your patients

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• Current PMHNP License (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license)
• Ascribe to Positive Psychology
