    Description

    Machinist for Milling Department at METAL CRAFT



    Are you ready to join an innovative company in Elk River, MN focused on precision machining for medical, aviation, space, defense, and high-tech industries? METAL CRAFT could be the place for you! We are seeking a talented Machinist to operate milling machines and deliver high-quality machining operations.


    What You'll Do:

    • Set up, run, and operate various milling machines
    • Read blueprints and job routings for specifications
    • Load and set tools, adjust tooling, and work offsets
    • Run Quality Control checks and document tolerances
    • Collaborate with team members and show initiative in work


    Requirements:

    • Associates Degree in machining or equivalent experience
    • 2-5 years of CNC machining experience
    • Strong communication skills and ability to read blueprints
    • Knowledge of GD&T principles and problem-solving skills
    • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with others
