    The line service manager is responsible for creating and leading an exceptional line service team.

    This position is responsible for insuring efficient service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company procedures.

    Line service manager will work closely with customer service manager and FBO manager.

    Responsibilities and DutiesManage line service department prioritizing, assigning, and monitoring supervisors work, conducting performance evaluations with supervisors, providing training goals with Training/Safety Tech.

    Review line service team payroll, manage overtime, and submit to payroll for processingResponsible for hiring process to create a well-rounded team with customer and safety focusOversee facility startup to include facility security, vehicle maintenance checks, equipment service and statusFuel management - including monitor of fuel inventory, reconciliation of load receipts, ordering fuel as neededCommunication with supervisors in daily pass down meetingAircraft storage, movement, hangar arrangement, anticipate needs for arrivals and departures.

    Damage prevention and implementation of safety proceduresSupport of trainers, safety techs, and line service teamTeam training - must meet DOT regulationsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    CompetenciesCustomer focus-naturally outgoing/extrovertedCommunicate with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communicationsMust be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by our insurance company (Requires clean driving record)Strong computer skills including Microsoft office productsBasic mathematical knowledgeBi-linqual preferredReporting Relationship This position reports to the General Manager Work Environment This position works outside in all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft.

    This position may be exposed to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery.
