- Complete Community Relations Field & DC grant funding requests and manage the Foundation's response to all submitted Brand funding inquiries.
- Assist in the execution of other grant programs, including the Associate Nominated Grants program and Opportunistic Grants program.
- Review and assess nonprofit organizations' grant applications to ensure compliance with the Client's Foundation Guidelines.
- Act as a resource for database inquiries from external partners, offering support to nonprofit grantees and applicants and addressing external troubleshooting needs.
- Support the Brand Team in tracking and monitoring grant budgets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 4-8 years admin/database experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across multiple teams and projects.
- Self-reliant and self-motivated, capable of working autonomously to achieve objectives.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
