- Task management of Transportation design projects.
- Supervision of support staff and document production.
- Monitoring budgets and schedules.
- Assisting with and collaboration with team members on the marketing of new projects.
- Interfacing with clients.
- BS degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering.
- 4-8 years of progressive experience in the design of highways and roads, preferably in North Carolina.
- NC PE license, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Experience with NC DOT projects preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Task management experience preferred.
- Proficient in MicroStation or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Excellent Organizational Skills.
