    Responsibilities:
    • Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly
    • Investigate and analyze customer concerns, providing effective solutions and ensuring timely resolution
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
    • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system
    • Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices to enhance their overall experience
    • Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelors Degree preferred)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in customer service or related field preferred
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers
