    Description
    Work at the most complex mass transportation system in the world and be a key contributor as staff analyst.
    • Compile, prepare, edit senior management documents and information for EXCEL spreadsheet and POWERPOINT presentation.
    • Analyze large amounts of project and financial data to accurately and produce reports and presentations.
    • Maintain efficient work environment understanding the confidential nature of some assigned work.
    • Complete any other analysis, presentation or administration duty assigned by Chief Administrator, Budget Manager or designee.
    • Prepare budget documents or reports for design or construction projects.
    • Prepare any other budget documents as requested by requested by Budget Manager.
    • Track project level costs and coordinate budget development, modifications, and reporting.
    • Interact with various Design and Construction Managers, operating divisions, and departments.
    • Attend progress report meetings on various related projects.
    Qualifications Requirements:
    • A Bachelor 's Degree plus 2 years of full-time experience in one or more of the following areas: economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, urban studies or a closely related field OR
    • A Master's Degree in those areas indicated above.
    Experience Requirements:
    • Working with C-level managers presenting complex information, such as: management analysis; finance/budget information; organizational research or program evaluations; employment program planning; economic or fiscal management
    • Must have the requisite degree/years of analytical, budgetary, presentation skills and/or administrative experience in a busy, high demand, deadline-oriented environment
    • Must be expert with Excel with knowledge of formulas and pivot tables required.
    • Be comfortable multi-tasking and available to work overtime when required.
    • Clearly organize, write, communicate program/project information and reports with attention.
    • Ability to set and meet project deadlines.

    Monday - Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
