Minimum Requirements:

Must hold a Florida's Chauffeur's License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement
Minimum one (1) year of commercial driving experience or graduate of an approved truck driver training school.
No more than one (1) accident or two (2) driving violations in the last 3 years.
No involvement in preventable accidents in the past two (2) years.
No D.U.I. conviction regardless of vehicle type.
No license suspension for traffic violations in the last three (3) years.
Bilingual in English/Spanish for communication with Hispanic members.

Job Description:

Assist clients boarding/exiting company shuttle buses for safety.
Ensure passengers are safely seated with seatbelts and safety straps for wheelchair users.
Maintain and submit transportation logs and reports daily.
Keep vehicles clean for passenger comfort.
Report emergencies promptly and coordinate with authorities when needed.
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips.
Report faulty equipment for repairs.
Follow FDOT regulations and training requirements.
Avoid phone usage while driving and interacting with clients.
Communicate with dispatch via radio.
Perform other duties as assigned.
