    Do you love finding solutions for customers and making commission? We are looking for problem solvers and customer service experts. Our local retail team is hiring for long term positions with growth opportunities. We sell 5 products, allowing for more opportunities to make commission (Cable, High Speed Internet, Home Security, Home Phone and Mobile Services/Phones).

    Retail Sales Consultant Compensation
    • Minimum Target Compensation: Hourly Pay of $16.40/hr. plus Targeted Commission ($1300/mo.) = $24.04/hr. (guaranteed during training)
    • Uncapped commission opportunity based on your individual performance after training period
    Retail Sales Consultant Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Generally, requires 2-5 years related experience; prefer consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience
    • Bilingual Spanish / English candidates preferred (English Fluency is a requirement)
    • Open availability for times the store is open:
      • Monday- Saturday 10 am- 7 pm and Sunday 12-5 pm
    • Strong communication skills
    • Consultative selling style
