Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for an IT Support Technician to join their team in the Chicago, IL area.
This successful resource will be responsible for providing technical support to two different plants.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing support using the JIRA ticketing system
Resolve escalated issues
Provide Windows 10 support and assistance with Windows 11 upgrade
Assist with roll out of MS 0ffice 365
Provide network support including installing wiring, supporting printers,
VOIP, Active Directory, GPO, Anti-virus, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5+ years of deskside support experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, Active Directory, GPO, Exchange, Endpoint Management and Printers
Willingness to travel to other site locations 2 days per week (travel will be up to 1 hour away)
PREFERRED SKILLS:
VOIP
Jira experience
AutoCAD exposure
Security cameras exposure
TERMS:
