    Description

    Overview:

    The Customer Service person should have customer service experience with clear communication skills, both with phone calls and through email. The client base is 65+ Medicare participants, which requires empathy, patience and a positive attitude. Preferred to have knowledge of Insurance terminology, Medicare & Part D plans.

    Additional Responsibilities Include:

    • Accurate and efficient data entry of eligibility information, ensuring completeness and correctness.
    • Verify and cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and consistency in records.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and courteous assistance.
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex eligibility issues and discrepancies.
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with team leads.
    • Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry regulations, software updates, and company policies.
    • They will also be required to handle eligibility customer service calls as well as help answer all phones and forward calls as needed.
    • The client base is 65+ Medicare participants, which requires patience and a positive attitude.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
    • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in using computer software and data entry tools.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers inquiries and concerns.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
